Program description
Last Twenty-Seven, Inc. sends one-time passcodes (OTPs) by SMS to verify a person's identity when they contact our support line or request account access. These are transactional, account-security messages. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you opt in
You provide your mobile number and request a verification code during a support interaction (by phone, chat, or web). Submitting your number to receive a code is your consent to receive the one-time passcode SMS for that verification. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You receive a message only when you request a verification code (typically one message per verification attempt).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (917) 362-5995.
Privacy
We use your mobile number only to deliver verification codes and secure your interaction. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
