How we use information
We use your information to verify your identity, deliver one-time passcodes, respond to support requests, and secure your account and interactions. We do not use it for advertising.
SMS / text messaging
Last Twenty-Seven, Inc. sends one-time passcodes (OTPs) by SMS to verify identity when you contact support or request account access. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We use your mobile number only to deliver verification codes. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Terms & Opt-In for details.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the service (for example, our messaging and cloud infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
